We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Associate to assist us in taking LBR Real Estate to the next level.
Established in 2009, we are a progressive boutique real estate team with a combined 32 years of experience in Real Estate Brokerage, Property Management and Sales. You will be an integral part of the execution of marketing campaigns to reach our target audience through multiple channels.
This is an excellent opportunity to further a career in marketing and/or Real Estate.
*DUTIES – including but not limited to the following:
Lead Management:
*Create and maintain CRM/database
*Input and process new leads, follow up, nurture, document and update
*Conduct Lead follow up via text/email/phone/direct mail until appointments are set
General Marketing:
*Company Website: update, enhance, change, revise etc
*Create social media strategy: execute and maintain all social media accounts
*Create and distribute all in-house marketing pieces (including direct mail, flyers, brochures etc)
*Update, monitor and maintain online presence of company
*Create, distribute and manage email marketing campaigns
*Video marketing
*Content development and creation for multiple campaigns
*Create and execute new marketing campaigns for niche sectors
Misc:
*Day to day administrative and operational tasks
*Maintenance and Troubleshooting for digital devices, computers, printers etc..
*QUALIFICATIONS
Previous Sales & Marketing experience required -minimum 2 years – real estate related a plus
Solid Computer/Internet Skills:
*Proficiency in CRM/database management: must have in depth experience in CRM
*Google Suite, Text marketing, Asana, Adobe, Hootsuite and Mailchimp
Writing: good grammar and composition: writing samples will be requested
Interpersonal:
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment and take ownership of projects
*Clear communication: with peers, clients, vendors in written and verbal form
Should share and exchange ideas and information effectively, accurately and proactively to build rapport
*Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be detail oriented
*Confident phone manner: White Glove Client Service demeanor
*Highly motivated, responsible and dependable, quick learner, positive attitude, able to work independently, mature and professional
*Ability to listen closely, follow instructions and take direction and feedback
*MOST IMPORTANTLY: Smart Problem-solving Self Starter (you will be given goals and it will be up to you to determine the best way to accomplish the objectives)
*COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
