We have experienced fast-paced growth and a big part of our strategy is to expand our sales development team. We are looking for the best talent to join our lively crew who work hard and play hard. Your role will be to negotiate and build relationships using our suite of SaaS tools along with phone, email, and social media to engage leading executives and entrepreneurs across APAC. Your role will be to negotiate and build relationships using our suite of SaaS tools along with phone, email, and social media to engage leading executives and entrepreneurs. The position lays the foundation for a long and successful career, with great potential for growth and management, for those who are willing to learn and work hard!
Working Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 2pm – 11pm – Working Australia and Asia Time Zones
Your Role:
• Learn Venture Magazine’s products and messages through detailed coaching and training
• Learn the tools necessary to be successful: CRM, SaaS Platforms, Prospecting, Sales Scripts, Product Info
• Embrace your industry segment which becomes your territory / market
• Identify, build, cultivate, and close opportunities
• Meet and achieve goals
Social Media Savvy-Like you know how to use LinkedIn and Twitter to cultivate leads
Strong business acumen and know how to research a company
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision
Previous experience in hitting multiple KPI’s and handling objections
Outbound Biz Dev experience, handle multiple activities, calls, emails, Inmails
Entrepreneur mindset
Previous experience in using SaaS platforms a benefit
Energetic, hardworking, reliable and above all, FUN to be around!

This is a high earning commission role with a starting salary of $35,000 – $40,000 dependent on experience , with progression opportunities available. In addition to the base salary you can expect:
○ Realistic and uncapped monthly commissions ranging between $3,000 – $10,000 or more
○ Realistic 1st year earnings of $100K and more for year 2-plus
○ Monthly and annual bonus / incentives for qualifying staff
