We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who has a passion for all things marketing. The Marketing Manager will both oversees marketing projects, jumping on new marketing opportunities and is responsible for digital advertising campaigns for Titan Factory Direct.
To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, especially Google and Facebook advertising, and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
We are looking for a person who can think creatively and then execute strategies that attract more customers and to raise brand awareness through the implementation of creative, impactful marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will be data driven, skilled across a variety of marketing channels, and enjoys solving problems. This is a position well suited to someone self-motivated and creative.
Responsibilities:
• Setup and ongoing optimization and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns primarily focused on paid search ads within the Google and Facebook advertising platforms.
• Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
• Analyze campaign data and reporting and provide recommendations on strategy
• Actively collaborate with digital marketing team to align digital advertising with company promotions
• Work with the marketing team to track, plan and implement new marketing ideas, overseeing projects until their completion.
• Optimize website and landing pages according to SEO
• Management of Titan brand websites and CMS system, ensuring accurate inventory and managing site updates.
• Coordinating the development & deployment of marketing collateral- websites, email, Landing pages
Must-haves:
• Minimum of 2 years digital advertising with experience in Google & Facebook advertising
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platform.
Skills we are looking for:
• Google Ads Certification a plus
• Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising and social media and an understanding of how all of these channels work together
• Stays up to date on digital marketing tools and trends
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks / projects.
• Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
