Administrative Assistant (South Bay)
Under general supervision, this full-time position supports the customer service team in a small office located in the south bay.
Responsibilities and Tasks Includes but Not Limited to:
• Open and distribute mail.
• File contracts.
• Work directly with customers on routine matters.
• Answer phones.
• Process customer payments.
• Photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing
• Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
• MS Office Suite with emphasis on Outlook
• Proficient in math
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, work well in a team environment
• Ability to work independently
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to effectively multitask and manage shifting priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment
