The primary function of the Appointment Scheduler is to make appointments via the telephone and/or email in a polished and professional manner. The right candidate will be highly motivated and possess exceptional attention to detail skills. This is a very fast-paced environment so heavy multi-tasking is a must as is a great positive upbeat attitude and work ethic.
Some of the important functions of this position will include:
*Making appointments via the telephone and/or email
*Data entry
*Performing web support and updates in system
*Maintaining an accurate calendar of appointments for the Fleet Operations department
*Providing the Fleet Operations department general administrative and clerical support, prepare correspondence and documents as needed
*Performing other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates should have the following experience and skills:
A minimum of 1 year of Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistant experience, intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and web based applications along with the ability to learn industry specific software (i.e. McLeod) is required.
Prompt and dependable daily attendance at assigned work location
Professional and polished in appearance, speech and writing
High level of honesty, integrity, energy, and personal accountability
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excel in a results only work environment.
Provide superior customer service to employees and managers
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition and handle multiple tasks and stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and the organization.
