Well respected global Non Profit in search of the perfect special events assistant to manage all aspects of fund raising and global community awareness.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist and support all special event coordination and planning
• Manage vendor and venue selection, handle all contracts
• Assist graphic designer with invitations and other marketing collateral
• Assist web designers with postings and updates
• Manage guest list
• Ability to travel to events and manage all matters related to the function
• Update database systems with all pertinent information
• Assist and manage travel arrangements and logistics
Qualifications
• Professional, discrete and socially intelligent
• Multi-tasker
• Excellent writing skills
• Detailed personality
• Experienced at project management
• Proactive, ability to manage independent work load
• Excellent with follow-through
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Responsible, committed and shows ownership
• Some exp with Excel, database systems necessary
• Prior related experience necessary
• Bachelor’s degree a must
Compensation: $90K Base plus big bonus and incredible perks; total comp $120K (year 1)
