Service Company (leasing equipment) is seeking an Office Assistant – Part Time & Full Time.
No less than four years in similar positions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong Customer service orientation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Good phone support, precise and welcoming attention
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, and address concerns to proper parties within the company.
Answer multi-line phones, direct calls and relay messages.
Organize and maintains file of records.
Skills:
Fully bilingual English
Good PC, Microsoft, Excel, Power Point, Outlook ability
Fax, Copier, Printers usage
Strong customer phone support
Multi-task capabilities to handle different service-client-technician support
Capable of learning new office equipment functions
Knowledge of inventories and controls
Possess effective time management abilities
Pleasant and positive attitude
