About The Position
We are seeking an office clerk with good customer relationship skills to provide support and facilitation for the office. Responsibilities include general office administration, answer inbound calls, customer service and follow up activities. The candidate should be a quick-learner, and be self-motivated. Training will be provided. There will also be opportunities to move up to different positions.
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills, including using Windows and MS Office.
Clear and effective written and oral communication/presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Ability to work effectively within a team
Enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
BA/BS degree preferred, but not required
