Our Operations Team is looking for its’ next Project Manager; a candidate ready to put technology, problem solving, and delivery skills to work in a highly consultative role implementing the DeVero SaaS solution for our business clients. The right individual understands the importance of solving complex business problems, yet recognizes the value in a balanced approach which emphasizes the success of the client relationship.
This role is focused on taking new clients from contract signing through a complete adoption of the DeVero solution. In this role, you’ll get to work closely with all DeVero teams – from Product to Engineering, and Sales – to enhance and accelerate the satisfaction/growth of our user base. Analytic rigor, strategic thinking, and outstanding interpersonal skills come together to characterize what we’re looking for in our next Project Manager. You’re a great team player that’s excited to help DeVero scale to become the next great EMR software company.

What you’ll do: •Successfully deploy the DeVero SaaS application with new clients, from contract signing to full adoption and implementation.
•Identify and solve complex process and technology-related problems during the rollout process through methodologies that rely on best practice as much as creative thinking.
•Clearly communicate the status of all projects, issues with implementation, and solutions.
•Serve as an ambassador of the DeVero brand in all client interactions, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and world class service our users have come to expect.
•Participate in cross-functional teams, acting as an advocate for the user, to ensure client needs are met through a more powerful DeVero application.
•Communicate functionality and technical concepts to non-technical/technical users, alike.
•Take ownership of ad-hoc projects as they arise, turning insights into results.
•Work to meet deadlines in a small entrepreneurial team.

Requirements •4 Year Degree Required.
•2-4 years functioning in an Account or Project Management capacity; at a tech startup a plus.
•Ability to understand, deduce, and effectively communicate user needs to enhance the DeVero product.
•Strong project management skills.
•Your FRIENDLY and spirited personality shines through your written and spoken communication, while maintaining an uncompromising level of professionalism.
•Experience using CRM software, and other web-based applications.
•Ability to network, engage, and influence outcomes.
•An ambitious, and self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to grow with a company that’s taking an industry by storm.
