AmeriTemps is looking for Customer Service/Recruiter/Drivers to support our growing company.

Location: Irving (close to Hwy 183 & Story Rd)
Shift: 1st Shift: 6am to 6pm Thursday through Monday; Saturdays 6am to 10am plus on call
2nd Shift: 12pm to 11pm Thursday through Monday
(Off Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Pay: Depending on Interview, Time Availability, Customer Service & Experience
Job Requirements:
* Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* Must have Current Drivers License & Good Driving Record
* Must Pass a Background Check and Drug Test
* Must have Excellent Customer Service Experience
* Be able to lift up to 30 pounds
* Handle and keep inventory of construction equipment
* Maintain work area clean
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team
* Excellent project management, planning, prioritizing & multitasking
* Be detail oriented and be able to work in a deadline driven environment
* Resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with company policies.
* Be able to do general office work (word, excel, power point, outlook)
* Safety Experience a plus

Job Description:
* Create a database of qualified candidates
* Keep track of the availability of each candidate
* Match the right candidate to the right position
* Interview candidates & offer job to qualified candidates
* Motivate & discipline candidates when necessary
* Assist candidates when they’re filling out applications
* Create job descriptions and do daily & weekly reports
* Answer a 6 phone line system & be able to assist customers and candidates in English & Spanish
* Do background & reference checks
* Over see safety program and conduct pre-employment orientations
* Visit Companies once a week or as necessary to check on Safety
