Customer Service Manager (sunnyvale)
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, investigating, evaluating, and settling complaints and claims of customers.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Directs workers to investigate customers complaints.
• Analyzes reports of findings and recommends response to complaint, considering nature and complexity of complaint, requirements and policies of company.
• Reviews actions of subordinates to ensure settlements are made correctly.
• Authorizes retention of data and preparation of documents for use during governmental or customer inquiries.
EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree or equivalent and 5+ years experience Customer Relations.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal. High organized.
• Customer Service experience a plus.
• Good working knowledge of computers, esp. Excel, Word, Power Point.
• Good at multi–tasking, Works well under pressure and with quick deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, and passionate about completing all projects large or small.
