Nationally responsive Facility Maintenance company based in Doral, Florida seeks a reliable and detailed individual to serve as Dispatcher/Customer Service. If you are looking for stability and growth. Please read entire position posting.
The Ideal Candidate will:
Dispatch and maintain real time, day-to-day control and schedules for Service Technicians, Vendors and other personnel.
Communicate with clients, employees and vendors daily.
Communicate and manage vendor relations.
Monitor and maintain real-time information on technician’s service call status.
Maintain customer’s information updated in our database.
Be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner with managers, clients, employees and vendors.
Keep customers appraised of work progress and additional needs.
Maintain accurate accountability of service hours and expenses per technician.
Take incoming calls from company technicians, customers and vendors.
Respond to all call messages, e-mails and texts.
Receive, create, dispatch and maintain Work Orders log.
Dispatch Service Technicians according to the area, schedule, availability and skill set.
Debrief Service Technicians after each job; determine jobs done, pics, pending issues, etc.
Conducts periodic quality control calls.
Orders parts or materials when needed.
Other administrative duties as needed.
Must Meet and Maintain These Requirements:
Must be LEGALLY able to work in the United States and be over 21 years of age.
Must understand, speak, read and write English at ADVANCED level and communicate in Spanish as well.
Must know MS Suite at intermediate or advanced level (Outlook (e-mail), Excel and Word).
Have a VALID driver’s license, CLEAN driving record. DL records will be checked.
Able to follow directions and use common sense.
Be well groomed, professional, reliable, responsible, honest and need little supervision.
Have excellent work ethic, quality and detail work and advanced customer service skills.
Areas of Required Experience Include:
Ability to multi-task; very organized and articulate in communicating.
Be able to read Google Maps for knowledge of geographical service areas.
Knowledge of Facility Maintenance (Handyman, Construction, Technical) industry is a PLUS but not required.

At least 1 year CS/Dispatch/Project Management experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
Ability to get to work on time, reliability, responsibility and motivation.
