About the Position:
We are looking for empathetic, experienced customer support representatives to support our customers around the country from our Mountain View headquarters.
As a customer support representative for Magic, it is your job to ensure an amazing experience for each and every customer you are assigned. Customers will be communicating with you on the phone and through a chat interface on the computer. It is mandatory that you have experience in customer support over the phone, particularly in challenging scenarios.
If you have experience as a customer support representative, enjoy a high-energy environment, and you are interested in being part of a brand new company, we want to talk to you.
Required qualifications:
* 2 years customer support experience
* Experience and comfort with phone support
* Fast typing on a laptop computer (60+ WPM)
