Inbound CSR\\\’s needed to accept inbound calls for Health & Human Service Benefits. Will consider candidates with good computer skills and customer service in any field….food service, retail, call center, etc.
• 100% Inbound Calls
• Monday – Friday
• NO Holidays or Weekends!
• Days – 8 hour schedule between 8:00am- 8:00pm
• Paid Training
Primary Job Description:
• Providing callers with information to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements TANF, SNAP, CHIP, Medicaid and other Health and Human Service benefits.
• Accesses, reads, and interprets customers and provider data elements within customer\\\’s application
• Accurately performs all data entry functions to reflect customer activity/transactions
• Answers customer questions and assists in problem resolution
• Assists customers in the enrollment process
• Documents all customer encounters in clear and concise logs
Qualifications:
• Have a High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience; (Retail will be considered)
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Must pass background check
