Primary Responsibilities:
• Communicates with customers through live chat and email in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensures customer requests and questions are promptly resolved within company’s terms and guidelines
• Identify and report systemic issues causing complaints to improve services and processes
• Performs and coordinates all processes involving customer registering, scheduling and payment requests
• Maintains and projects the company’s professional reputation and image
• Supports, practices and maintains established department service standards and goals
• Actively cross-sells products and services
• Balances work accurately and timely each workday and meets all assigned deadlines
• Demonstrates empathy in interactions with customers
• Boosts morale and helps maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 17 years old
• Must have strong written communication skills
• Must be able to type 70wpm +
• Must have excellent English writing skills
• Must have a genuine passion for serving others
• Must be available to work weekends
• Previous customer service experience REQUIRED – please list previous experience on application
