Aspire Design, Inc specializes in cosmetic rehabilitation of foreclosed homes and was the USA’s Largest Full Service Remodeling Company in 2010 and 2011. We are currently operating in 10 states and are currently seeking Contractor partners in the San Jose area. Successful partners are generally independent, smaller full-service remodeling companies with a focus on communication, timeliness and quality.
The scope of work generally involves the following trades:
Flooring
Painting
Cabinet and Counter
Light electrical work
Light plumbing work
Minor exterior repairs
Minor drywall repairs
We require a current General Contractors License, current General Liability, Auto and Workman’s Compensation Insurance.
Companies must be willing to work within a 60 mile radius of their home city.
