govWorks is looking for a support team to provide exceptional outreach for our brands: TravelVisa.com, PassportCenter.com, and PassportRenewal.com.
The best support team members are brand evangelists who are genuinely excited to help others and are good listeners and problem solvers. They can put themselves in a customer’s shoes while advocating for the company. Our awesome team assists with customer inquiries over the phone to help customers complete their purchase for a passport or visa application process on our award-wining platform.
Customer feedback is vital to improve the user experience. Our support team gathers feedback in a manner that helps to systematically solve problems. The team will act as a liaison by providing helpful information to the product development and marketing teams to resolve any potential issues a customer may encounter.
As our company is fast growing and continuously expands this team which will also help develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen customer outreach. Our fast-growing company has plenty of room for growth for smart self-starters.
Responsibilities:
– Be a hard-worker, don’t show up late or leave early. You will not last a week.
– Manage incoming and outgoing calls and help our customers with their orders without error. We stride for perfection.
– Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Be real and honest. No complaining. Our customers are always right.
– Strong ability to convert an inquiry to a sale. You will be rewarded.
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within tight timeframes; follow up to ensure resolution.
– Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. We run a fun work enviroment but compliance and following rules comes first.
– Help with marketing and advertising campaigns to reach customers.
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Requirements:
– Overachievers welcome but not kiss asses
– Strong listening skills but not selective listening
– Proven sales experience but we don’t care if you can sell ice to an eskimo
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Multilingual a plus.
