Looking for marketing professionals who are interested in building online sales funnels for a series of new startups and service businesses!
Business Overview:
The model for marketing and selling products and services online is changing. Simply having a website and posting on Facebook are not sufficient to successfully market your company online. We are a digital consulting firm that works with businesses in a number of industries to implement online sales funnels that drive very targeted groups of customers (leads) to highly-converting landing pages in order to ultimately drive sales, appointments, sign-ups, and other forms of conversions.
We are looking for marketing professionals with various levels of experience to build and manage online sales funnels for a number of service businesses and startups. Our management team works with each client to understand the business model, perform customer research, and develop the client’s branding and messaging, while the technical team builds the sales funnel infrastructure and manages the funnel on a regular basis to drive results.
Our management team includes experienced marketers, serial entrepreneurs who are graduates of the Founder Institute incubator program, and professionals in the technology space in Chicago.

Skills and Responsibilities:
Professionals in this role will be responsible for building the sales funnel infrastructure, including the design and development of landing pages, email automation campaigns, social media pages, and other core components of the sales funnel. This person will also manage various sales funnels on a monthly basis by optimizing landing pages, executing social media and email campaigns, producing written copy to support SEO efforts, and tracking key metrics to assess progress.
We are looking for professionals with:
– Experience with ClickFunnels, LeadPages, Kajabi, or other landing page platforms
– Experience managing social media and email campaigns
– Experience managing pay-per-click and social media advertising campaigns (Google,
Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
– Search Engine Optimization experience preferable
– Conversation Rate Optimization experience preferable
– Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills; works well in team settings
– Resiliency, not easily discouraged
Compensation:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and availability. Equity compensation may be available in the future for high-performers. Since we partner with a number of startup resources throughout Chicago, there may be opportunities to receive additional bonuses and equity in certain startups for high-performers, as well.
