The Coldwell Banker Service Center in Deerfield, IL is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager works strategically with our national, regional and local companies to identify, develop and roll out digital marketing initiatives on behalf of the Brand and our sales associates.
As a thought leader, this position is constantly seeking new ways to increase and convert online traffic. Additionally, this role will focus on identifying opportunities to grow revenue for the region through utilization of both company and third party technology platforms. Demonstrated experience evaluating digital platforms, running campaigns and buying media is required.
Experience managing and directing development of Internet content, commerce enabled web sites, social media platforms, digital advertising, search engine marketing, along with demonstrated people and project management skills is required. This position reports to the Regional VP of Marketing.
Specific Responsibilities
Establishes and leads the Digital strategy for the Central region. Identifies opportunities to grow revenue for the region through utilization of both company and third party technology platforms.
Works with business and IT partners to guide priorities to resolve web related issues and scope ongoing projects
Partner with company management to oversee the rollout of enterprise wide projects and develop web strategy
Present to office staff and agents via a variety of methods (i.e. face-to-face, webinar and video) to introduce and use new products, platforms and services to increase leads and overall productivity.
Establishes and maintains relationships with third party vendors insuring service standards are maintained and ROI is maximized.
Manage and monitor web analytics for websites. Share insights and reports monthly, ensuring KPI’s are being met across channels and platforms.
Assists in company acquisitions and mergers.
Support ongoing email marketing efforts by creating and deploying emails with a focus on lead generation
Manage paid search budgets and keyword strategy to maximize conversions
Create and manage web content for company and local sites. Build custom landing pages designed for lead capture.
Develops and manages a staff of 2 Digital Marketing Specialists.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA Preferred
7-10 years experience managing and directing Internet marketing including: commerce enabled web sites, social media platforms, digital advertising, search engine marketing, along with demonstrated people and project management skills is required.
Strong oral and written presentation skills; ability to present information that is understandable and engaging to the recipients
Ability to communicate complex technical matters to users with varying technology skill levels.
Ability to make presentations to groups of various sizes, from one-on-one to an audience of up to 100.
Excellent project management skills allow you to prioritize and deliver within deadlines and manage changing priorities; Professional and team-oriented disposition
Experience recruiting, hiring, training and managing others.
Strong computer skills; Experience setting up data feeds, HTML, CRM platforms, photoshop, InDesign or other desktop publishing platforms.
Experience working in a highly matrixed environment serving multiple business units.
Ability to travel 10%
