AmeriTemps is looking for a Marketing/Recruiter to support our growing company.

Location: Irving Office (close to Hwy 183 & Story Rd)
Shift: 1st Shift: 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday
Weekends-only when needed for promotional special events
Pay: Depending on Experience
Job Requirements:
* Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* Must have Current Drivers License & Good Driving Record
* Must Pass a Background Check and Drug Test
* Must have Excellent Customer Service Experience
* Experience advertising through social media, job fairs, flyers, newspaper & radio ads is a big plus
* Experience working with websites a big plus
* Be able to lift up to 30 pounds
* Maintain work area clean
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team
* Excellent project management, planning, prioritizing & multitasking
* Be detail oriented and be able to work in a deadline driven environment
* Resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with company policies.
* Be able to do general office work (word, excel, power point, outlook)
* Safety Experience a plus

Job Description:
* Posting on social media and other avenues to promote open positions.
* Pre-qualify candidates from resumes or applications
* Create a database of qualified candidates
* Keep track of the availability of each candidate
* Match the right candidate to the right position
* Interview candidates & offer job to qualified candidates
* Motivate & discipline candidates when necessary
* Assist candidates when they’re filling out applications
* Create job descriptions and do daily & weekly reports
* Answer a 6 phone line system & be able to assist customers and candidates in English & Spanish
* Do background & reference checks
* Over see safety program and conduct pre-employment orientations
