We’re a video marketing agency and tech company that stays very active with a local and national presence. We’re looking for an administrative assistant. This is a fast-paced environment and requires a well organized, detail oriented, multitasker.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation a small creative agency.
• Supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
• Communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks, planning, and scheduling appointments, and providing support.
In short, this is a challenging role. But it’s also a rewarding one. If you’re not up for that, this may not be the job for you. If you are, then you’ve found the right place!
Applicant Should Be:

• Strong communication skills
