The Role(s):
The Experience Curation team crafts our global Experience Menus, ensuring that there are compelling options for each Blueboard reward recipient. The team is looking for two new additions to join us as we continue creating memorable experiences worldwide. We are looking for two similar, yet differentiated roles:
Our Experience Curator will be a vital part of the spearhead of our Curation department — launching memorable experience collections in new markets with our Head of Experience Curation. In this role, you’ll work up to owning the end-to-end process of menu creation from research through copy & design.
Our Marketplace Manager will play a vital part in maintaining high-quality experiences and effective operations across our Curation department. In this role, you will work directly with Blueboard’s Head of Experience Curation to manage all existing menus. You will learn how to update and improve our experiences while building up to owning cross-collaborative functions that support our own team plus Blueboard’s Concierge and Growth teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Experience Curator
– Creating market launch plans and executing in a timely manner against your goals
– Building and maintaining lasting relationships with passionate experience providers
– Collaborating with Blueboard’s Growth team
Marketplace Manager
– Tracking experience performance metrics and identifying experience menu needs
– Performing regular audits for all experience menus and executing improvement plans
– Making updates to the experience menu based on audit results, feedback from our Providers, Concierge and CS teams
– Collaborating closely with Blueboard’s Concierge and CS teams
Both
– Researching and vetting awesome experience providers across the globe
– Writing rich descriptions of our diverse experiences
– Sourcing high-quality, diverse and authentic photos
– Uploading your newly curated experiences to our platform
Requirements
– You hold a Bachelor’s degree in any creative, business, or hospitality related field
– You have 1-2 year(s) of working experience
– You are interested in trying new things and have a knack for finding experiences that should not be missed
– You have high empathy / EQ. You should be curious about what makes people tick, – especially cross-culturally
– You’re comfortable reaching out cold to business owners for partnerships
– You enjoy deep research and have a knack for organizing information
– You are detail-obsessed! Nothing slips by you
– You genuinely enjoy writing and feel excited about creating high-quality content that appeals to a wide-ranging audience
– You’re an exceptionally strong verbal and written communicator with advanced proofreading skills
– You’re a fast learner: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment. Startup experience a plus
– You’re independent: Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive
– Travel and/or blogging experience a plus
– Multilingual a plus
