We fulfill a spectrum of full-time and contract positions and provide strategic talent operations support in the product development, marketing and IoT space for companies small and large. Our search approach focuses on a robust internal talent roster, social-based referral program, and refined sourcing methodologies. We use technology to drive efficiency and deliver measurable results—most importantly, we put our talent first.
As a Junior Recruiter, you will identify passive and active talent, make meaningful introductions to reputable brands and be a hands-on conduit for prospective candidates and clients.

Responsibilities:
– Source and recruit top talent in the Tech and Design space. Some of the disciplines are Software Engineering, UX/UI Design, Client Services, Strategy, Marketing, Product Management, Production, and Operations
– Job posting. Create and refresh compelling job descriptions for fulltime and freelance opportunities, and utilize various social media and professional networking platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and Stackoverflow
– Vet and phone screen active and passive talent
– Organize and keep track of talent and client up-to-date information throughout the hiring lifecycle
– Capture candidate insights with bio/summary, resume, portfolio and/or Github samples
– Best prepare candidates prior to their interviews and set them up for success
– Attend networking events and keep up with industry trends
– Develop recruiting strategies and communicate regularly with recruitment leads to fine-tune the hiring process
– Follow top talent pools using school outreach and other out-of-the-box sourcing strategies
– Partner with business development leads on retained and contingency searches
– Manage full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing
– Assist in new business and growth initiatives
