A Junior Social Media Specialist for our supplement brand will have a primary focus on Facebook, YouTube, SEO, editing text for VSL (video sales letters) and newsletters on Klaviyo. You will play a pivotal role in our office of about 11 people, working closely with 2 to 3 other people on the social media campaigns.
We are planning on revitalizing our social media presence following a system called For Good Profits – https://www.forgoodprofits.com/three-multipliers-free-training-video
We also use AI tools in our SEO and video sales letters.

Below is a detailed job description for the position:
Key Responsibilities:
• Facebook Page Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the company’s Facebook page, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring. Stay updated with Facebook’s algorithms and features to maximize reach and engagement
• Newsletter Campaigns: Plan and execute email newsletter campaigns that align with the company’s marketing goals. This includes content creation, design, segmentation, A/B testing, and analysis of campaign performance.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging and relevant content for both Facebook and newsletters. This involves writing posts, articles, and designing visuals or graphics that resonate with the target audience.
• Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the community on Facebook by responding to comments, messages, and reviews. Utilize newsletters to foster a direct relationship with subscribers, encouraging feedback and participation.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of Facebook activities and newsletter campaigns. Generate reports highlighting key metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, subscriber growth, and ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all digital marketing channels. Collaborate on cross-promotional efforts and content sharing.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing a Facebook page and running successful newsletter campaigns, with a portfolio of past work.
• Strong content creation and writing skills, with an ability to produce compelling and grammatically clean copy.
• Experience with Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of Facebook advertising and ability to create targeted ad campaigns.
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Personal Attributes:
• Creativity and an eye for design to create visually appealing newsletter layouts and Facebook posts.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage content calendars and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with the online community and collaborating with team members.
