Smartie Books (http://www.smartiebooks.com) is educational start up that believes children education can be fun and exciting. We are looking for entrepreneurial candidate who is highly motivated with strong problem solving skills. This position reports to the CEO and can be performed remotely.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in an entrepreneurial environment. The internship is for 3 months with potential opportunity for full time employment and post internship bonus.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Manage/Create and execute day-to-day social media: Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, Instagram, Website,
• An understanding of all social media platforms and ideas on marketing
• Paid social media experience, including Facebook, YouTube and Google, with specific attention to audience growth and retention.
• Keyword research and analysis
• Search engine accessibility
• Optimization recommendations for site content
• Execute blogger outreach programs
• Competitor analysis
• Marketing plan development
• New Product research and execution
• 4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
• Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment
• Detail orientated
• Knowledge of web technologies
