Seeking a Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The candidate will develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet our rapidly expanding objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional materials including sales collateral
Assist in the market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
Monitor and present internet and website analysis.
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and trends as well as competitor information visits and analysis.
Implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing projects
Expand and develop new marketing platforms where appropriate
Pursue maximum PR exposure and produce PR material for all sales activities, sales progress, new hire, etc.
Assist in the strategy and preparation of the marketing budget
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Oversee the marketing budget and assist in delivering marketing activity within agreed budget
Participate in industry related events which may include evening and or weekend work
Create marketing presentations. Be the lead point of contact with media and advertising vendors.

Qualifications and Skills

Three years of Marketing Manager experience in the construction / home building sector preferred
Marketing or business related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Technical marketing skills, experience with relevant software applications like SalesForce
Proven experience in customer and market research
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem analysis and solving
Organized and a proven team leader
