WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone that has experience working with multiple brands in the social media marketing space. You must be organized, have excellent communication skills and a rock-star that bleeds social media marketing. Bayshore Marketing Group is growing and needs someone that can hit the ground running!
Candidate will oversee Social Media marketing and campaigns (for multiple clients) which include but are not limited to: research, campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting. You will be directly responsible for managing the online image and presence of clients on various social media platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Assist in developing social media strategies and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
*Work with teams to create a solid branding message that’s reflected across client’s marketing materials and social media content
*Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google + and Instagram
*Create and curate timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience
*Monitor for customer service opportunities and address on behalf of client
*Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
*Analyze and report on social media actions monthly
*Create engaging and professional visuals and graphics that reflect client and their brand
*Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts
*Continue to refine and define our social marketing process
*Create engaging multimedia content such as videos
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*2+ years of social media marketing experience (prefer to have account management experience)
*Extensive knowledge of (including but not limited to) Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and more
*Knowledge of social media and analytics software (SproutSocial, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
*Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter
*Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing, and reputation management
*Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work independently and in a team environment
*Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities
