Looking to make some extra money? Is graphics production a passion of yours? Do you have an aptitude for writing? I am a real estate agent that is looking for a social media manager who has social advertising experience and a solid understanding of SEO and content marketing to be the voice of my business on social media.
Job responsibilities:
•· Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
•· Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
•· Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI.
•· Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily.
•· Communicate with followers, respond or report on queries in a timely manner.
•· Oversee social media accounts’ design.
You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. As a social media manager, it is expected that you will be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express my companies’ views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle my social media presence to ensure high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. This position can be a work from home position.
•Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform is required.
Previous experience is appreciated. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older with a minimum of a high school diploma. College degree preferred but not required.
