Are you a Social Media and Content Creation superstar who wants an opportunity to shine?.
Responsibilities: The candidate will:
Work with our team to analyze the market and perform competition and price analyses
Develop a marketing campaign to reach the target audience through appropriate channels, including advertising, content development and optimization
Implement it via all forms of social media, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, YouTube and blogs as well as email blasts and texting campaigns to get customers on the site.
Perform SEO/PPC optimization of company website, including script writing, and text updates for SEO promotion
Generate leads for our recruiting specialists
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Experience: The candidate must:
Have thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
Have a demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Have solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software
Have Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress and web development tools
Have exceptional communication and writing skills
Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work well in a Team environment.
Be a self-starter as the Management team has little time and will carve out 1 or 2 sessions per week.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience with PPC (Google Ad Words), or equivalent in executing social media campaigns, increasing follower counts, and engaging with customers.
Research skills to compile crafty email marketing campaigns.
Experience with Google Ads, WordPress and Linkedin Ads
Desire to learn and try new things that’s welcomed here.
A sense of humor, independence, and creativity.
