Journeyman Plumber (san jose east)
Journeyman Plumber Needed:

AB/JDD Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Company established in 1952 in East San Jose is looking for an experienced residential and commercial plumber with at least 3 years of experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Clean, professional appearance

-Strong customer service and people skills, able to work with high-end customers in a professional manner and work as a team player with minimal supervision

-Clear, legible handwriting and organizational skills are a must

-Must be familiar with plumbing codes, materials, procedures and products

-Strong residential service experience and strong trouble-shooting skills are a must; perform neat clean work that is up to code; able to work in attics and under houses

-Have mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repairs and maintenance

-Hands-on experience in all phases of residential and commercial plumbing including sewer and drain cleaning, installation and repair of all type of fixtures, replacement of sewer and water mains and re-pipes

-Must have your own hand tools

-Have current CDL and clean DMV record

-Must live in the area and be available to work on-call rotation (after hours and weekends) approximately once every four weeks
