We’re looking to add a wonderful Full-time, Part-time Sales Leaders and several highly motivated Sales Associates to our Hallmark Corporate Store in San Jose, CA.

Positions Needed:
· Full and Part-time Sales Leaders support the Management team with overall store operations to achieve all company goals; i.e., driving sales, staff coaching and development, great customer service, strong visual merchandising, processing shipments, payroll management, markdowns, loss prevention management, etc.
· Part-time Sales Associates provide great customer service and support all aspects of store operations to achieve company goals (sales, customer service, visual merchandising, etc. . .). Must have a positive and professional attitude and work ethic. Also, must be self-motivated, highly customer service oriented, a great team-player, and able to effectively follow directions and multi-task.
Ideal candidates for Sales Leaders have prior retail management experience and have good open work availability. Basic qualifications include: must have reliable transportation, must be at least 16 years of age with appropriate work permit as required, and willing to work the day before and after major holidays including evenings and/or weekends. In addition, the physical requirements involve the ability to stand for a prolonged period of time, able to regularly bend, squat and reach overhead, and able to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds; i.e., fixture parts and cartons.
