About Me:
This job is not hard to understand or perform. I quit Civil Engineering to pursue a career in solar sales. The learning curve for this industry is very small. It can be as simple as showing a homeowner how much they are paying now and how much money Solar will save them in the future. I personally have worked for 3 Solar companies and could never find everything I was looking for. After I left my last company I searched for over 4 months for a company that could A. Give the homeowner a great deal B. Pay the employee well and C. A fast install turn around time. and not to mention what I thought might not exist D. Ground mounted systems (this is a HUGE deal) Once I found Sunnova it truly changed my life for the better and I could not imagine working for another Solar company. The pay here is absolutely ridiculous. I was working slowly at my Second company that paid HALF as much and still made 100k in a year. This job is a skill that can be fully understood within a few days of training and the potential is unlimited. Seriously a once in a lifetime opportunity.
