The Account Manager for Germany/France/Spain/etc. is responsible for managing their clients needs and will report to the VP of Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing multiple marketplaces within a specific geography (Germany/ Spain/ France/ Etc.)
• Provide solutions to ensure your client base receives value
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive operational performance, customer satisfaction and ensure positive brand experience on all marketplaces
• Serve as the account lead and manage the day-to-day performance of marketplaces to drive revenue and maintain stellar customer relationships
• Support the on-boarding of new clients and renewal of existing clients
• Manage all marketing activities on the marketplaces and report on performance
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly dashboard of key performance indicators for each key partner
• Develop and implement strategy for responding to customer reviews
•Supervising fulfillment and order execution
Requirements/Skills:
• Native German / Italian / French / Spanish/ etc. speaker or near native / fluent
• Energetic, strong decision making and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and make comprehensive decisions quickly, with minimal guidance
Experience And Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of three years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of growing revenue
• Strong analytical skills and e-business acumen
• Strong Project Management skills with experience in planning and execution required
• Strong Analytical skills – Ability to work with numbers: generate reports and statistical data, ability to interpret that data and in turn identify problems, opportunities, trends and develop solutions required
Salary: $45,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year (Salary, Commission, Bonus
