To keep up with our year-over-year growth (200% over 2014 and 2015), we are looking to add to our team with a Territory Sales Rep in the Greater DFW Region. Our business model is focused on insurance related construction projects for residential and commercial property owners. The Territory Sales Rep works with property owners on their restoration project needs, presenting GP Construction Group.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role of a Territory Sales Rep is to assist property owners in construction projects that are fully covered by their respective insurance coverages. Our Territory Reps are assigned various territories throughout the region, where storm restoration and repair is needed. These territories have already been scouted, the simply need to be mined for information and converted to customers. Business development efforts include cold-calling, networking with HOA’s, Real Estate Agents, and Insurance Agents, giving presentations and conducting property inspections. Upon completing a property inspection and notating damage that is fully reimbursable by insurance companies, our Territory Sales reps present the offerings that separate GP Construction Group from any other company in the industry, and sign customers up accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Minimum of 2yrs+ Outside Sales experience
+ Achievers level performance history
+ Natural leader and very professional
+ Organized and Task Oriented
+ Honest and Integrous
+ Able to manage a territory with very little day-to-day supervision
+ Cold-calling experience, pioneering new territories
+ Technologically savvy (we have a customized mobile app we utilize in the field on iOS or Android devices)
+ Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not necessary
COMPENSATION PLAN:
As a W2 Employee, our remuneration plan offers:
+ Base Salary ($24-36k/yr)
+ Monthly Commissions (Average of $2,500 – $5,000 in Commissions per month with no cap)
+ Quarterly Bonuses ($3,000 – $10,000 per quarter)
+ Yearly Achievers Level Incentives (1 Week Trip to Cancun, $1k/month vehicle stipend, International Trips)
+ First year minimum earning package of $75k/yr
+ 15 Days of Paid Time Off per year (PTO is Vacation + Sick Pay)
