We are looking for a smart, energetic go-getter, not afraid to make 100+ calls daily, sales representative. This is a full time, fully benefited, permanent position.
Our dream candidate will possess:
– Qualities of an extravert person, genuine passion for great conversations, ability to manage a small talk, ability to break the ice with prospects, highly engaging style of communication
– “Closer” type
– Love for sales and hunger for sales commission
– Excellent written communication skills
– Experience placing a high volume of cold calls and sending email blasts
– Experience with CRM systems, general ability to learn new cloud-based CRM database systems
– Proficiency in LinkedIn use as a sales tool
– Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), or Office 365
– Familiarity or high capability to quickly learn scheduling software and auto-dial systems.
– Creativity and thinking outside of the box
– Experience selling IT services is a plus
– Ability to take the lead from seniors, as well as ability to advise and educate others on the sales techniques, and the vision for the sales department
– Professional, well-groomed appearance
– Humor is a great plus!
Essential Functions:
Conduct daily outbound telephone calls and emails from multiple lead sources including leads from a provided lead list, sourced leads, as well as self-generated leads to solicit new business.
Thrive in the sales environment, the type of person who naturally understands that yet another rejection leads to the win in a few cold calls.
Lead cultivation, data mining, and category research in the identified categories.
Act as the first point of contact with potential new clients as the sales “opener”, pitching our services and how they best meet the customer’s needs, leading to the initial sales meetings.
Actively coordinate and schedule new business calls and meetings with potential clients for the sales team from those initial outreach calls and emails.
Manage and implement various lead generation directives and maintain the internal lead list as directed by the CEO or business development manager.
Ability to close deals via high-quality and professional sales demonstrations
Become an expert in our product. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
