Home Inspector (santa cruz)

compensation: Commensurate with Experience $12.00 per hr to $200.00 per inspection

HomeTech Property Inspection Service is a home inspection company serving Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties. We are a family owned company in business since 1991, and we are looking for a home inspector. Please submit your resume or drop us an email.
We are looking for experienced, friendly, reliable people. Positions available full time or part time.
The qualified inspector will be trained to inspect single and multi family residences at and above the standards set by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Formal inspection training from a qualified school is preferred but not required, we can provide training for the right individual.
• Former trades work is preferred.
• Inspector should have his or her own registered and insured vehicle.
• Inspector must be clean, presentable, reliable, friendly, easy going and well spoken.
• Must pass a background check.
• Able to climb ladders, and navigate crawl spaces, and willing to travel to Santa Clara County.
• We provide tools and education.
• Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
